Silverstone BSB Round 1 done and back home on the Isle of Man.
After such a good race 1, I knew if I made a change on the rear for the drive grip I needed I could run with the next group but unfortunately it never worked and was quite the opposite and actually made the bike feel worse.
It’s all learning so I stuck it out and although not in the pack I was aiming to be in I thought any bike time is valuable for the NW200 & TT, so I rode around the issues to get the 22 laps under my belt and had a little battle with John Mcg on the last lap.
Now back to work tomorrow before heading to the Oulton Park 1 day test on Thursday before another weeks work until Oulton round 2.
Before we know it we will be setting sail to the NW200!
